data-start=\"292\" data-end=\"460\">In 2025, the F\u00f6ldv\u00e1ry Castle Foundation set itself the goal of ensuring the next generation of specialist nursing staff for the surgical departments of the Gy\u0151r hospital and improving working conditions for nurses. The programme was successfully implemented, helping to strengthen healthcare provision in the region.<\/p><p data-start=\"462\" data-end=\"492\">The following were carried out as part of the programme:<\/p><ul data-start=\"494\" data-end=\"630\"><li data-section-id=\"8dpgd7\" data-start=\"494\" data-end=\"538\">the complete refurbishment of a nurses\u2019 rest room;<\/li><li data-section-id=\"g3u6yd\" data-start=\"539\" data-end=\"585\">the creation of a community space for specialist nurses;<\/li><li data-section-id=\"omt62x\" data-start=\"586\" data-end=\"630\">the launch of a specialist nursing scholarship programme.<\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"632\" data-end=\"805\">To help realise the programme, the artists at the F\u00f6ldv\u00e1ry Artists\u2019 Colony donated 15 works of art; the full proceeds from the charity auction of these works were used to support the foundation\u2019s aims.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6c66c9e e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"6c66c9e\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4a39181 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4a39181\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>As part of the programme, the foundation has announced a scholarship for students enrolled on training courses for surgical and anaesthesia nursing assistants. The scholarship amounts to a net monthly <strong data-start=\"1079\" data-end=\"1093\">100,000 Ft<\/strong> provided funding up to a maximum of <strong data-start=\"1128\" data-end=\"1152\">For 12 months<\/strong>, with the aim of helping to ensure a new generation of specialist nurses for the surgical department at the hospital in Gy\u0151r.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-72cc07a e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\"
