(For events, rental use and accommodation services)<\/span><\/i>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

The F\u00f6ldv\u00e1ry Castle is of special historical and natural value. All participants and guests are required to abide by the following rules and regulations when attending events, renting or staying in the castle and its grounds. The rules are intended to protect the castle building, its furnishings, artefacts and surroundings and to preserve the tranquillity of the area.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

  1. \u00c1ltal\u00e1nos magatart\u00e1si szab\u00e1lyok<\/span><\/b><\/li><\/ol>

    1.1 When using the castle and its grounds, all guests must respect the value of the historic building and its artefacts, as well as the characteristics of the nature reserve.<\/span>\u00a0
    1.2 During the events and the use of the castle, any illegal activity is prohibited.<\/span>\u00a0
    1.3 Guests must comply with all instructions given by the staff.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

    \u00a0<\/span><\/p>

    1. Nyugalom \u00e9s zajterhel\u00e9s korl\u00e1toz\u00e1sa<\/span><\/b><\/li><\/ol>

      2.1. A kast\u00e9ly udvar\u00e1n \u00e9s k\u00fcls\u0151 terein\u202f<\/span>after 22:00<\/span><\/b>\u202fb\u00e1rmilyen zajjal j\u00e1r\u00f3 tev\u00e9kenys\u00e9g \u2013 \u00edgy k\u00fcl\u00f6n\u00f6sen t\u0171zij\u00e1t\u00e9k, zen\u00e9s m\u0171sor, hangos zene, medencehaszn\u00e1lat \u2013\u202f<\/span>strictly prohibited<\/span><\/b>.<\/span>\u00a0
      2.2. A szab\u00e1ly betart\u00e1s\u00e1\u00e9rt a\u202f<\/span>ORGANISER<\/span><\/b>\u202fteljes k\u00f6r\u0171 felel\u0151ss\u00e9get v\u00e1llal. A zajv\u00e9delmi szab\u00e1lyok megszeg\u00e9se eset\u00e9n a rendezv\u00e9ny azonnali megszak\u00edt\u00e1sra ker\u00fclhet, k\u00e1rt\u00e9r\u00edt\u00e9si k\u00f6telezetts\u00e9g mellett.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

      \u00a0<\/span><\/p>

      1. L\u00e9gkondicion\u00e1l\u00e1s \u00e9s ny\u00edl\u00e1sz\u00e1r\u00f3k<\/span><\/b><\/li><\/ol>

        3.1. A kast\u00e9ly l\u00e9gkondicion\u00e1l\u00f3 rendszerrel \u00fczemel. Ennek hat\u00e9kony m\u0171k\u00f6d\u00e9se \u00e9s a szomsz\u00e9dok nyugalm\u00e1nak meg\u0151rz\u00e9se \u00e9rdek\u00e9ben\u202f<\/span>opening windows and keeping doors open for long periods is prohibited<\/span><\/b>.<\/span>\u00a0
        3.2 In the event of a breach of this rule, the customer shall be liable for any additional operating costs incurred.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

        \u00a0<\/span><\/p>

        1. A kast\u00e9ly berendez\u00e9seinek \u00e9s m\u0171t\u00e1rgyainak v\u00e9delme<\/span><\/b><\/li><\/ol>

          4.1 The CONTRACTOR is obliged to use the building, equipment and facilities of the Castle for their intended purpose, to protect the works of art of outstanding value housed there, and to do everything possible to preserve their integrity.<\/span>\u00a0
          4.2. Amennyiben a MEGRENDEL\u0150 vagy vend\u00e9ge(i) magatart\u00e1sa k\u00f6vetkezt\u00e9ben v\u00e9tlen vagy sz\u00e1nd\u00e9kos k\u00e1rokoz\u00e1s t\u00f6rt\u00e9nik, a kast\u00e9lyban vagy a m\u0171t\u00e1rgyakban b\u00e1rmilyen k\u00e1r keletkezik, a MEGRENDEL\u0150 k\u00f6teles azt marad\u00e9ktalanul, a VEND\u00c9GL\u00c1T\u00d3 \u00edr\u00e1sbeli felsz\u00f3l\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1t k\u00f6vet\u0151\u202f<\/span>be reimbursed by bank transfer within 8 (eight) days<\/span><\/b>.<\/span>\u00a0
          4.3 The amount of compensation is the estimated value indicated in the records of F\u00f6ldv\u00e1ry Auction House in the case of an object of art, and the restoration or replacement price indicated by the VENDOR in the case of other objects.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

          \u00a0<\/span><\/p>

          1. Sz\u00e1llodai szob\u00e1k rendje<\/span><\/b><\/li><\/ol>

            5.1 Check-in is from 15:00 on the day of check-in, check-out is no later than 11:00.<\/span>\u00a0
            5.2. A sz\u00e1ll\u00e1shelyen\u202f<\/span>no smoking<\/span><\/b>, except in designated smoking areas.<\/span>\u00a0
            5.3 Electric cooking or heating appliances are not allowed in the rooms.<\/span>\u00a0
            5.4 The equipment in the rooms may not be rearranged or removed from the room.<\/span>\u00a0
            5.5 In case of loss of the key or access card, the guest is obliged to pay the cost of changing the lock or replacing the card.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

            \u00a0<\/span><\/p>

            1. Kast\u00e9lypark \u00e9s \u0151spark haszn\u00e1lata<\/span><\/b><\/li><\/ol>

              6.1 Damage to plants, flower beds and historic garden features in the park is strictly prohibited.<\/span>\u00a0
              6.2. A parkban tal\u00e1lhat\u00f3\u202f<\/span>feeding, disturbing, frightening animals in a deer farm<\/span><\/b>\u202ftilos.<\/span>\u00a0
              6.3 Guests are only allowed on designated routes in the park and are not allowed to enter nature reserves.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

              \u00a0<\/span><\/p>

              1. Medencehaszn\u00e1lat<\/span><\/b><\/li><\/ol>

                7.1 The pool may only be used as part of the event or accommodation service with the prior permission of the VENDOR.<\/span>\u00a0
                7.2.\u202f<\/span>No pool use after 22:00<\/span><\/b>.<\/span>\u00a0
                7.3 Bathing in the pool is at your own risk and children are only allowed in the pool under adult supervision.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

                \u00a0<\/span><\/p>

                1. Biztons\u00e1gi el\u0151\u00edr\u00e1sok<\/span><\/b><\/li><\/ol>

                  8.1 Compliance with fire safety regulations is mandatory, while leaving escape routes and emergency exits free.<\/span>\u00a0
                  8.2 The use of open flames (candles, torches, barbecues, fires) is only possible with the prior written consent of the CUSTOMER.<\/span>\u00a0
                  8.3. Pirotechnikai eszk\u00f6z\u00f6k (t\u0171zij\u00e1t\u00e9k, pet\u00e1rda) haszn\u00e1lata\u202f<\/span>strictly prohibited<\/span><\/b>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

                  \u00a0<\/span><\/p>

                  1. Felel\u0151ss\u00e9g \u00e9s k\u00e1rt\u00e9r\u00edt\u00e9s<\/span><\/b><\/li><\/ol>

                    9.1 The CONTRACTOR is fully responsible for its own conduct and that of its guests.<\/span>\u00a0
                    9.2 The CUSTOMER shall compensate the damage caused to the value determined by the CUSTOMER.<\/span>\u00a0
                    9.3 Breach of these rules may result in immediate termination of the service and liability for damages.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

                    1. Z\u00e1r\u00f3 rendelkez\u00e9sek<\/span><\/b><\/li><\/ol>

                      10.1 The policy is a condition for the use of the event or accommodation, the acceptance of which is acknowledged by the CLIENT by signing the contract.<\/span>\u00a0
                      10.2 The purpose of the house rules is to protect the values of the castle and the safety of the guests, therefore any breach of the rules may result in immediate termination of the legal relationship.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>
