1. Please select the ideal date on our website and register it, you have already secured the date for yourself.<\/p>\n

2. Please fill in the our needs assessment questionnaire (click here)<\/a>to provide you with more precise information.<\/p>\n

3. Once this has been done, our wedding planner will contact you to discuss the next steps and your specific requirements, and then prepare your individual quote.<\/p>\n

4. On the basis of what has been discussed, we will draw up the Rental and Event Management Contract.<\/p>\n

5. As specified in the contract, we will ask you for a deposit of EUR 2000. <\/span>Without payment of the deposit, the reservation will not be valid and the date will be automatically cancelled and the contract will expire. <\/span>you can cancel free of charge for 60 calendar days<\/strong>in which case the booking fee will be refunded to you in full.<\/span><\/p>\n

6. The due 60 days before the wedding<\/strong> payment of the EUR 4,000 deposit for the castle rental.If the delay exceeds 8 days, the reservation will be cancelled and the deposit will no longer be refundable.<\/p>\n

7. The menu and catering details should be finalised no later than a few weeks after the payment of the castle rental fee, with a preliminary headcount.<\/p>\n

8. 50% of the food and beverage package price must be paid 30 days before the big day in order to maintain the validity of the reservation.<\/p>\n

9. The number of guests must be finalised 3 days before the wedding. Unfortunately, no changes are possible after that. The remainder of the food and beverage package must be settled at this time.<\/p>\n

10. After the event, extra orders and remaining items in the cocktail bar will be charged.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Please note that food and beverage services are automatically subject to a service charge of 5%, which is not included in the quotation, and Events for less than 60 people<\/strong> in case of 1000 EUR<\/strong> a staff cost surcharge will be applied.<\/p>\n
