This privacy notice is the\u00a0Garzon Plaza Ltd.<\/strong>\u00a0(\"Data Controller\"), in accordance with the applicable legislation, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (General Data Protection Regulation - GDPR).<\/p>

  1. Purpose of data processing<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

    The Controller processes personal data for the following purposes:<\/p>

    • Website operation and analysis of traffic statistics.<\/li>
    • Relationships and communication.<\/li>
    • Providing services (e.g. orders, home delivery, special requests).<\/li>
    • Billing, meeting legal obligations.<\/li>
    • Marketing activities, sending newsletters, where the data subject has given his or her prior consent.<\/li>
    • Complaints handling and customer service.<\/li><\/ul>
      1. Legal basis for processing<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

        The processing is based on the following legal bases:<\/p>

                The Data Controller processes the data for the time necessary to fulfil the purpose:<\/p>

                • In the case of a newsletter, until consent is withdrawn.<\/li>
                • In the case of invoicing, for the period required by tax legislation (typically 8 years).<\/li>
                • In the case of contractual relations, for 5 years after the termination of the contract.<\/li><\/ul>

                    The Data Controller will not transfer the data to third parties, except:<\/p>
