You can use our private venue in the 2024 wedding season along with our professional wedding planner. Our event organizer at the castle, Marianna Ivánkovics, with more than 10 years of experience, ensures that everything is perfect from the smallest detail to the end of the night so that you only have to focus on are the unforgettable moments. The catering is handled by Peter Suga Master Chef and his team to meet the standard of the castle, so every served meal is of the best quality, made from fresh ingredients with special care. After preliminary consultation, you can choose from three menu sequences (traditional, gourmet, noble) that best suit your taste. Our 2.6-hectare ancient park can be an excellent venue for the ceremony and of course for the party lasting until dawn that follows it. Whether you would like to vow eternal fidelity in the garden full of spring flowers, on a balmy summer night, among falling autumn leaves, or in a winter wonderland, the Öttevény Castle provides an unparalleled sight all year round. Our elegant ballroom can accommodate 160 guests, and your most important relatives can choose from our 14 specially furnished hotel rooms, three of which are suites with Versace bathrooms. For the newlyweds, the intimate atmosphere of our more exclusive ‘Honeymoon’ suite is the perfect choice for the first night as a married couple.
Visit us and let our castle of picturesque beauty captivate you. The entire venue can be rented from May 1, 2024, at a very favorable price of 4000 € per occasion. If you crave a real complex castle experience, it can be rented for an entire weekend (Fri-Sun) for 8000 €.
The castle is currently undergoing a complete renovation, so it cannot be visited at the moment, the opening in all its glory is on April 30, 2024.

Renting the entire castle with a wedding planner costs 4000 EUR / night or 8000 EUR / weekend (Friday-Saturday-Sunday).
Our wedding planning service is free of charge, but of course, the chosen performers and other services such as flower ordering, photographer, airport transfer, and catering must be paid for.
OUR FREE SERVICES
Planning and Coordination: Our staff helps in planning the smallest details and is present throughout the wedding to ensure everything goes according to plan. We help to compose the sequence of events down to the minute to eliminate even the smallest chance of error.
Decoration and Ornamentation: Although our castle is impressive on its own, the appropriate decoration can enhance its charm. Our staff helps in optimally and cost-effectively decorating the venue in accordance with the couple’s style and the theme of the wedding. We not only help select and order the suitable service provider, but we also handle the decoration process.
Catering: The castle is equipped with a fully furnished kitchen and cocktail bar, and our professionals guarantee the preparation of fresh, healthy, and delicious meals. Our mission is to ensure that the served menu perfectly matches the young couple’s taste and the atmosphere of the wedding.
Photo and Video Services: The Földváry Castle provides a stunning backdrop for photos and videos. Our staff helps in finding the right photographer and/or videographer to maximize the potential offered by the castle.
Music and others: Of course, there’s no wedding without music, so we’re glad to help find a live band or DJ, and there’s also an option for fireworks or horse carriage rides. Our dance floor, equipped with adequate sound technology, is suitable to accommodate any performer. Accommodation Coordination: During the event, our castle provides free accommodation for your guests, offering a total of 14 rooms in the castle, and in addition, another 53 rooms are available for a fee at the Hotel Garzonplaza **** in Győr, to which we provide free transportation for the guests throughout the night with our exclusive minibus. Our staff helps in planning the accommodation of relatives, even in other hotels.
Transfer: Part of our service is to organize cost-effective transfer so that everyone can get to the venue easily and comfortably.

Ivankovits Marianna
She has over 15 years of experience in wedding planning, hotel management, and hospitality. After receiving her bachelor’s degree in Italy, she spent more than a decade abroad in England, where she gained a wide professional experience. For the past eight years, she has been the manager of the Garzon Plaza Hotel, a four-star member of our corporate group, where she has organized and conducted numerous events and conferences, including domestic and international sporting events and weddings. She has previously managed the Földváry Castle for two wedding seasons, and after the renovation, she will continue to work as the event organizer with great enthusiasm.
