An evening that really matters!
Last Saturday in February, 22 February 2025 in the spirit of tradition, the doors of the Földváry Castle will open to welcome you and your friends for an unforgettable and magical evening, in what is set to become the most prestigious social event in the county.
This year's ball has a special purpose: The Matusz Non-profit Foundation The 2025 social objective is to Győri kórház Műtős részlegeinek szakápoló munkatársakkal való feltöltését és a nővérek munkakörülményeinek javítását célozta meg.
A Győri kórház műtős blokkjában, a műtőből csak a fele tud üzemelni szakápolói munkaerő hiány miatt. Érdekes módon nem az orvosok és az infrastruktúra hiányoznak, hanem a műtősnők és szakápolók. További probléma, hogy a jelenlegi állományban sok a nyugdíj előtti munkatárs, így ha ők is kiesnek, akkor a működés komoly veszélybe kerülhet. – Ne feledjük, egyszer mindannyian oda fogunk kerülni, tegyünk érte, hogy legyen aki meggyógyít és ellát minket!
The Foundation will undertake the complete renovation of at least 2 nursing rest rooms and the launch of a scholarship programme for a minimum of 3 people, depending on the income.
The entire proceeds of the Ball will be donated and transferred by the Matusz family to the Foundation.

Tradition and elegance meet in this special evening where everyone can relive the splendour of the balls of centuries past behind mysterious masks. For one night, you too can be part of history in the dazzling banqueting hall of Földváry Castle.
What does the evening offer?
✨ Baronial atmosphere:
The decorations of the ballroom, the castle lights and the music are all reminiscent of the grand balls of the old days. The evening will make you feel as if you have stepped into a fairytale.
✨ A sumptuous, elegant dinner:
Delicious dishes are waiting for our guests, reminiscent of the flavours of the aristocratic kitchens.
✨ Unlimited drinks:
Until 1am, guests are welcome to enjoy an unlimited range of alcoholic beverages (Vodka, Whisky, Gin, Rum), including wines and soft drinks.
✨ Dancing and fun:
The orchestra will enchant the guests with live music on the dance floor, where no one will remain motionless in the merry whirl.
OUR STAR GUEST:
A Hoppáré Orchestra combines pop and Latin styles with folk music elements in a unique sound. In addition to his own compositions, the repertoire also includes songs that are favourites of the audience. During our performances, fun and dancing are a must, but if necessary we provide pleasant background music for pleasant conversations, a glass of wine or a delicious dinner.
