PRIVACY POLICY
Purpose of data protection, legal background and identity of data controllers
In drafting this Privacy Policy, we have taken into account Act CXII of 2011 on the Right to Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information (Infotv.), the Convention on Automatic Processing of Personal Data adopted in Strasbourg on 28 January 1981, and Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR). We have also drawn on the guidelines of the Online Privacy Alliance.
This Privacy Policy is governed by Hungarian law and Hungarian law applies to all matters relating to data protection. In case of disputes, the Hungarian courts have jurisdiction, in particular the courts of the place where the controller is established.
The purpose of this privacy policy is to ensure that the privacy of all users, regardless of nationality or residence, is guaranteed when using our services, in particular when personal data are processed by machines.

Definition of key concepts
- Personal data: Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. The natural person concerned can be identified by various factors such as name, number, location, online identifier.
- Data management: Processing includes any use of personal data, such as collection, recording, storage, transmission or deletion.
- Data transmission: Making data available to a specified third party.
- Disclosure: Making data available to the public.
- Data Controller: The person or entity that determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data.
- Data processor: A person or organisation carrying out processing on behalf of a controller.
Principles of data management
The data controller shall carry out processing in accordance with Article 5 of the GDPR, in which the following principles shall apply:
- Legality, fairness and transparency: We process personal data lawfully and in a transparent manner for the data subjects.
- Goal orientation: The data are processed only for specific purposes and may not be used for purposes other than those purposes.
- Data economy: We process only the data necessary to achieve the objectives we have set.
- Accuracy: Data must be kept accurate and up to date.
- Limited shelf life: We process personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it is processed.
- Integrity and confidentiality: Data must be processed securely, protecting it from unauthorised access or modification.
Legal basis, purpose and duration of processing
The legal basis for processing is the consent of visitors and the legitimate interests of the controller, in particular for the performance of the contract. The purposes of the processing include the fulfilment of contractual obligations, the fulfilment of statutory tax obligations and marketing purposes.
Data security
The controller shall take all necessary measures to protect the data, in particular against unauthorised access, destruction or damage.
User rights and redress
Users have the right to request information on the details of data processing, rectification or erasure, and to seek redress in the event of a breach.
