We are preparing a special masterclass in the Öttevényi castle near Győr. We've lured Penelope D'Arcy Grahamm, from Dubai to Atlantis The Royall, a very special cake artist, designer and pastry chef extraordinaire. On the course from 7 to 8 May, he will give a special training course on the making and decorating of wedding and special occasion cakes.
