Welcome to Castle Öttevény, where a special two-day international baby doll and teddy bear exhibition and antiques market will take place on 19 and 20 August 2024 as part of the Castle Földváry Days, where we can admire the most precious treasures of international collectors, as well as pieces from baby fashion and accessory dealers and restorers. The first day will be enriched by exciting programmes for children and adults alike.
Programme
19 August 2024
Starting at 8:00 am, you can discover various traders, antiques and local delicacies such as Laci's cuisine and the popular Hungarian potato langosch. During the day there will be a cooking competition for the title of "Best Chef of Öttevény". The evening will be rounded off by a concert by Groovehouse and an atmospheric street party with the Danceland DJ team.

The baby doll exhibition takes place in the castle's banqueting hall, where you can not only admire the uniquely beautiful pieces on display, but also buy them. Meanwhile, our bartenders await you in the Castle's invigorating Cuban cocktail bar with the most exciting drinks.

Baby doll and teddy bear exhibition at the Castle Földváry Days
For foreign or well-travelled guests of the Baby Dolls and Teddy Bears Exhibition, we offer accommodation in the castle for a limited number of guests for a fee. Exhibitors can move into their accommodation from 18 August.
Antiques market at the Castle Földváry Days
Step through the gateway of the past into the antiques market of the Castle Földváry Days, where history meets art. Numerous dealers and antiques specialists will be offering their wares in the old courtyard of the castle, including precious paintings, furniture, jewellery and other works of art. This market offers an unmissable opportunity for those who are passionate about the treasures of the past and want to enrich their home or collection with unique pieces. We hope that the special atmosphere of the Földváry Castle will make the event even more sublime, so that visitors can enjoy a real cultural experience as well as shopping. Come and take part in a real treasure hunt through history!

Cooking competition at castle Földváry in Öttevény on 19 August 2024
You and your team will win the title "Best Chef of Öttevény" and one of the many prizes! From 2024, we will organise a village day and a cooking competition every year on 19 August as part of the Földváry Castle Days. The event is closely linked to an international antique teddy bear exhibition and antique fair, as well as a flea market.
The organisers are offering free use of the cooking area in the gravel parking lot in Rózsa utca to the enterprising teams and support all participants with 20,000 HUF for the subsequent payment of the raw materials. The dishes prepared can be tasted with tasting cards, the proceeds of which will go to the traditionalists of Öttevény.
The main prize is a 50,000 HUF shopping voucher for the webshop www.gourmetmarket.hu, where the quality ingredients and family chefs of Gourmet Market meet!

The Földváry castle in Öttevény is located 15 km from Győr in a beautiful natural setting in the middle of a 2.6 hectare landscape park. The renovation of the castle was completed in 2024, so visitors can already experience it in its full splendour. Parking is available on site for exhibitors.
