THE STORY
Földvár Castle is located in the western part of Transdanubia, 15 km from Győr, in the village of Öttevény. Öttevény has undergone many historical changes throughout its history, yet it has preserved its historical significance and rich heritage to this day. The village is situated on the northern edge of the Great Hungarian Plain in the Győr district and has been the scene of various historical events over the centuries.
