1. Please select the ideal date on our website and register it. By doing so, you have already secured the date for yourself.

2. Please fill out our needs assessment questionnaire (click here) so that we can provide you with more accurate information.

3. Once this is done, a member of our wedding planning team will contact you to discuss the next steps and specific requirements, and then prepare a unique quote for you.

4. Based on the discussions, we will prepare the Rental and Event Planning Agreement.

5.  Based on the terms specified in the contract, we request a reservation deposit from you. Without the payment of the deposit, the reservation is invalid, and the date will automatically be deleted, and the contract becomes void. You can cancel the reservation free of charge up to 2 months before the chosen date, in which case we will fully refund the reservation fee to you.

6. 2 months before the wedding, the remaining 3000 EUR for the castle rental is due. If there’s a delay of more than 10 days, the reservation will be canceled, and we can no longer refund the deposit.

7. After paying the castle rental fee, you must finalize the menu and hospitality details with a preliminary headcount a few weeks at the latest.

8. 2 weeks before the big day, 50% of the food and beverage package price must be paid to maintain the validity of the reservation.

9. 3 days before the wedding, you need to finalize the headcount. Unfortunately, changes are not possible after this point. At this time, you also need to settle the remaining amount for the food and beverage packages.

10. After the event, extra orders and remaining items at the cocktail bar will be settled.

Please note that we automatically add a 5% service charge for food and beverage services, which is not included in the quotation, and for events with fewer than 60 participants, we charge an additional staff fee of 1000 EUR.
