Statutes of the Dream Wedding Organisers Group

1. Purpose and Mission
The aim of the "Dream Wedding Planners Group" is to bring together reliable, cooperative wedding service providers who are in tune with the style of the castle, in order to successfully market weddings and deliver high quality events.
2. Membership Criteria
- All members must respect the style and quality standards of the castle.
- Members can include: master of ceremonies, wedding planners, decorators, jewellers, calligraphers, photo wall operators, party nannies, fortune tellers, sound and lighting technicians, stage technicians, prop hire companies, bridal and groom's dress designers, disc jockeys, bands and other wedding service providers. However, an important rule is that only one service provider from each area can be a member of the grouping.
3. Cooperation Principles
- Cross-selling: Members are obliged to be the first to recommend each other to their own customers and interested parties, and to mention other members of the group on their communication channels and websites.
- Content creation: 1-2 times a year, members jointly organise a presentation wedding event, at a time linked to the castle's wedding exhibition, with the aim of producing professional photography and video footage. The content produced can be published by each member on their own communication channel.
- Blog Content creation: Members are required to contribute at least once every two months an article on their area of expertise to the alomeskuvo.com blog, which is published by the castle's event organiser. The castle undertakes to promote the blog on its social media channels on an ongoing basis.
- Production of a joint publication: Based on the content production and the material previously published in the blog, the organising castle will produce a joint publication every ½ year, which the cooperating partners can cover with their own cover and print and distribute freely at their discretion.
4. Obligations of Members
- The members of the group commit to actively cooperate and continuously improve their services.
- In order to promote the group and present quality content, members are required to participate in joint content creation events and actively contribute to the development of the group.
- Members are obliged to refer each other in the first instance when selling.
5. Exclusion Conditions
A member may be excluded from the group if:
- It does not respect the above cooperation principles and obligations.
- The quality of its service does not meet the standards set by the castle and the group.
- Crossing the ethical boundaries of the profession
6. Admission of new members Conditions
Only members who have the support of a large majority of the group members can be admitted to the group. The organiser of the group has the right of veto over the owner of the Földváry castle.
7. Keeping in touch
Members of the group are in constant contact with the castle's event organiser, who coordinates collaboration and content creation events, as well as updating and promoting the alomeskuvo.com blog.
