1. please select and register your ideal date on our website You will then have already reserved the appointment for yourself.

2. please fill in our needs questionnaire (click here)so that we can give you more detailed information.

3. once this has been done, a member of our wedding planning team will contact you to discuss next steps and specific requirements and provide you with a personalised quote.

4. we draw up the rental and event planning contract on the basis of the agreements.

5.  In accordance with the conditions laid down in the contract, we ask you to make a reservation deposit. Without the payment of the deposit, the reservation will be invalid and the appointment will be automatically cancelled, the contract will lose its validity. You can cancel the reservation up to 2 months before the chosen date free of charge, in which case we will refund the full amount.

6. 2 months before the wedding, payment of the balance of 3000 EUR for the castle rental is due. If the delay is more than 10 days, the reservation will be cancelled and we will not be able to refund the deposit.

7. after payment of the castle rental fee, you will need to finalise the menu and catering details with a provisional number of guests no later than a few weeks later.

8. 2 weeks prior to the big day, 50% of the price of the food and beverage package must be paid to maintain the validity of the reservation.

9. 3 days before the wedding you must decide on the final number of guests. After this date, no changes will be possible and you will have to pay the remaining amount for the food and beverage packages.

10. additional orders and remaining items will be settled at the cocktail bar after the event.

Please note that we automatically charge a service supplement of 5% for food and beverages not included in the quotation and a staff supplement of 1000 EUR for events with less than 60 people.
