Painter from Győr, born in the 1950s. His art combines classical painting traditions with modern trends, especially Impressionism and Realism. During his professional career he has participated in numerous solo and group exhibitions and his works are well known in the Hungarian contemporary art scene. His work is particularly notable in the fields of landscapes, still lifes and portraits, where detail and light are prominent.

His paintings often use bright colours and subtle shades to depict emotions. His art reflects not only technical skill but also a deep human sensitivity that viewers can easily relate to. István Csizmadia's work has been awarded several prizes and honours, and several of his works are in private and public collections. He is one of the leading figures in the Győr art scene and is actively involved in the cultural life of the city.
