The Földváry Castle is of special historical and natural value. All participants and guests are required to abide by the following rules and regulations when attending events, renting or staying in the castle and its grounds. The rules are intended to protect the castle building, its furnishings, artefacts and surroundings and to preserve the tranquillity of the area. 

1. Általános magatartási szabályok

1.1 When using the castle and its grounds, all guests must respect the value of the historic building and its artefacts, as well as the characteristics of the nature reserve. 
1.2 During the events and the use of the castle, any illegal activity is prohibited. 
1.3 Guests must comply with all instructions given by the staff. 

2. Nyugalom és zajterhelés korlátozása

2.1. A kastély udvarán és külső terein after 22:00 bármilyen zajjal járó tevékenység – így különösen tűzijáték, zenés műsor, hangos zene, medencehasználat – strictly prohibited. 
2.2. A szabály betartásáért a ORGANISER teljes körű felelősséget vállal. A zajvédelmi szabályok megszegése esetén a rendezvény azonnali megszakításra kerülhet, kártérítési kötelezettség mellett. 

3. Légkondicionálás és nyílászárók

3.1. A kastély légkondicionáló rendszerrel üzemel. Ennek hatékony működése és a szomszédok nyugalmának megőrzése érdekében opening windows and keeping doors open for long periods is prohibited. 
3.2 In the event of a breach of this rule, the customer shall be liable for any additional operating costs incurred. 

4. A kastély berendezéseinek és műtárgyainak védelme

4.1 The CONTRACTOR is obliged to use the building, equipment and facilities of the Castle for their intended purpose, to protect the works of art of outstanding value housed there, and to do everything possible to preserve their integrity. 
4.2. Amennyiben a MEGRENDELŐ vagy vendége(i) magatartása következtében vétlen vagy szándékos károkozás történik, a kastélyban vagy a műtárgyakban bármilyen kár keletkezik, a MEGRENDELŐ köteles azt maradéktalanul, a VENDÉGLÁTÓ írásbeli felszólítását követő be reimbursed by bank transfer within 8 (eight) days. 
4.3 The amount of compensation is the estimated value indicated in the records of Földváry Auction House in the case of an object of art, and the restoration or replacement price indicated by the VENDOR in the case of other objects. 

5. Szállodai szobák rendje

5.1 Check-in is from 15:00 on the day of check-in, check-out is no later than 11:00. 
5.2. A szálláshelyen no smoking, except in designated smoking areas. 
5.3 Electric cooking or heating appliances are not allowed in the rooms. 
5.4 The equipment in the rooms may not be rearranged or removed from the room. 
5.5 In case of loss of the key or access card, the guest is obliged to pay the cost of changing the lock or replacing the card. 

6. Kastélypark és őspark használata

6.1 Damage to plants, flower beds and historic garden features in the park is strictly prohibited. 
6.2. A parkban található feeding, disturbing, frightening animals in a deer farm tilos. 
6.3 Guests are only allowed on designated routes in the park and are not allowed to enter nature reserves. 

7. Medencehasználat

7.1 The pool may only be used as part of the event or accommodation service with the prior permission of the VENDOR. 
7.2. No pool use after 22:00. 
7.3 Bathing in the pool is at your own risk and children are only allowed in the pool under adult supervision. 

8. Biztonsági előírások

8.1 Compliance with fire safety regulations is mandatory, while leaving escape routes and emergency exits free. 
8.2 The use of open flames (candles, torches, barbecues, fires) is only possible with the prior written consent of the CUSTOMER. 
8.3. Pirotechnikai eszközök (tűzijáték, petárda) használata strictly prohibited. 

9. Felelősség és kártérítés

9.1 The CONTRACTOR is fully responsible for its own conduct and that of its guests. 
9.2 The CUSTOMER shall compensate the damage caused to the value determined by the CUSTOMER. 
9.3 Breach of these rules may result in immediate termination of the service and liability for damages. 

10. Záró rendelkezések

10.1 The policy is a condition for the use of the event or accommodation, the acceptance of which is acknowledged by the CLIENT by signing the contract. 
10.2 The purpose of the house rules is to protect the values of the castle and the safety of the guests, therefore any breach of the rules may result in immediate termination of the legal relationship.
