Instructions for use

1. Register and request a disc 📝

  1. Register on the www.foldvaryaukcio.hu before the auction.

  2. When you register, tick the box to accept the rules

  3. ask for your bidder's ticket at least 24 hours before the auction (also required for online participation).

2. Bidding methods

  • In person: using a dial on the spot. This can be collected at the desk on arrival by registered guests

  • Online: click on the "Licit" button next to the product in the app.

  • Buy order: is possible at the press of a button for the selected object. You give instructions in advance for the maximum strike price and pay the deposit of 20 % 

  • Telephone bid: is possible for the selected object at the touch of a button. You give instructions in advance for the maximum strike price and pay a deposit of 20 %

3. Licit thread

  1. The auction will be conducted by the auctioneer, who will announce the auction price on the auction site and on the website, in a visible and audible way for all registered guests.

  2. First bid must be at least the starting price, bidding is possible both on the spot and on the web

  3. Bidding increments vary depending on the value of the item (e.g. between 100 000 and 1 000 000 HUF, an increase of 10 000 HUF) see the rules for details

  4. The bidding closes when the auctioneer announces "no one more" for the third time and bangs the gavel. The data displayed on the projection and, with it, on the auction application, is authoritative. 

4. Checkout and payment

  • A strike price + 23 Commission %

  • If you win, you will receive an automatic confirmation email.

  • The full purchase price must be paid within 8 working days (by credit card, cash, bank transfer

  • If you pay after the deadline, you lose the goods and have to pay compensation

  • All bids are certified by a notary, so are valid and irrevocable

5. Receipt and taking possession

  • The contract of sale is concluded when the contract is signed.

  • The goods must be removed within 30 days of the transfer of ownership; a fee of HUF 1 000 per day for late storage

  • Invoice sent electronically by the organiser ottevenyikastely.hu.
